I went to the salon the day before my holiday to make nail refill and do a pedicure. I spend 3 hours in the salon which was enormous time for me! The pedicure was not great: you have to sit on a standard chair and hold your leg up until staff is doing your feet. (very uncomfortable position). The staff was so slow doing every step of the pedicure. The most upset was the infill - the lady who did the infill haven't done anything I asked for. I asked to shorten my nails and do the shape more pointy rather than round. It seemed that she was new to this and could hardly know how what to do. So after 2 hours of infill I finally left the saloon. And on the third day of my holiday (4 days after infill) half of my nails fell off and another were starting to brake so I was desperate to fine another salon in the country! Overall not satisfied and will not come back. Hygiene is bad there.

I had an Express Deep Cleansing and it was a wonderful experience. - especially when the lights go off for a face mask. It's a relaxing and meditative feeling.
Rinku is very attentive and is very helpful with all my questions. She is friendly and I'd be happy to have more treatments with her.
The salon is lovely, cosy, clean and comfortable. I'd recommend dropping by the salon to see the full range of treatments. 5 stars!

The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the wax was pretty painless. However I was left with a few patches of hair that she missed
