My electrolysis session went very well. Stacey made sure I was comfortable with the settings. She took her time and handled me with care. I have since had another session. Glad I found this place. Look forward to my getting my lashes and nails done.

I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived—Stacey walked past me twice without a hello, then I overheard unprofessional comments about staff. During my lash appointment she glued my top and bottom lashes together, causing pain and stinging. One lash was already falling and she dismissed my concerns. The lashes were applied incorrectly with what seems like unsafe glue and still won’t come off weeks later. Overall, a very poor experience.
