They were late by 10 minutes, and said appointment would need to be rescheduled then refused to refund me! I will NEVER go back to this place again

There was a comment made by a member of staff that Bethany was late. Which she was. I just felt a little rushed and Bethany didn't seem ready to start her working day. Plus I had to pluck a couple of hair out myself when I got home. Just a tad underwhelming.
