Avoid if you have thick hair. Ruby was nice and chatty and made me comfortable but I didn’t feel prioritised as she was rushing to fit the next appointment. I booked and paid extra for an extended bikini on the app and got there and was told that they couldn’t see that on their system so there was no time for that service and it would have to be a standard bikini. Had to go over my chin wax with tweezers when I got home & hair removal cream for my bikini area.
