Eyebrows were exactly how I like them. Little downfall was turning up, and had to wait as Stacy was still doing someone’s nails and nothing was said - just left there waiting for 25mins. Doesn’t happen all the time but I feel communication is key and that needs to improve slightly if there are delays etc
