Appointment with Lisa wasn’t great ; and it was a deeply uncomfortable experience. She was extremely rude, making condescending comments about how I should do things better and constantly complaining about how busy she was with her next client. It felt like my booked appointment was just an inconvenience to her, and I left feeling DOWN and RUSHED !
This is a huge contrast to Stacy, whose sessions I absolutely love chatting with Stacy feels like therapy. Today, however was a total DISAPPOINTMENT

Ive been going to this salon for years now, but usually to use the sunbeds. I have in the past had pedicure and toenails painted, and my feet have looked amazing. On Tuesday 23.06.26, I had hands and toes with gel polish, im so glad I did they look brilliant. I have quite short nails but yet lisa filed them to a lovely shape, I was so happy at how they looked. I have now booked for a different treatment, and will definitely be back for a change of polish and a pedicure next time.
