Booked via Treatwell. Called at the time of my appointment to inform them that I would be 5mins late - was told that my booking wasn’t there. Went to the shop and was told by a member of staff that they hadn’t been informed about my appointment and that they now had 2 other bookings and could I come tomorrow. Informed them that I work and asked for a refund - was told that this would have to be done through Treatwell.
