The lady burnt my underarm and couldn’t take out the hot wax! At the end of it, tried to charge me for it extra as the original booking ( which she should have checked) was for an underarm strip wax.
The towels on the bed were dirty and when asked about them the lady said they weren’t and when you are having a treatment so intimate you really must have a safe and clean place to sit on 🤮
Also she kept on asking me to pull my skin to suit her better?! Never had such a bad experience be4.

The appointment was delayed because the owner was late. She keeps taking calls and doing other things while doing my eyebrow.
