The wax itself was good and Manju pleasant. However, the hygiene practices are questionable and left me feeling uncomfortable. Manju was on her phone twice during the wax and didn’t wash her hands in between. There was also no use of gloves which I only realised half way through. I know staff were ill and she was rushed but basic hygiene should be upheld no matter what. She immediately did my wax and went onto to do some threading, let’s hope she washed her hands in between. I will not return.

Manju was absolutely lovely, she was pleasant, polite and professional. She made me feel at ease straight away and spoke to me about the different types of hot wax she has to offer and explained the difference. I would definitely recommend her!
