I actually don't blame my massage therapist in any way. I actually blame management for putting a junior therapist who wasn't ready to give massages onto a 60 minute full body massage booking. By doing so, management put her in a vulnerable position, didn't set any expectations with me as the client that I was being given someone junior, and as a result, as a client I was disappointed with the experience. I spent the entire 60 minutes being torn between wanting to stop the experience and leave.
