Treatment was good. Could have some clarification on what exactly constitutes a Brazilian vs a Hollywood. Owners pls beware, your shop was being run on a Sunday with only 1 member of staff, who was in the room doing treatments. She couldn't answer the phone at all, it was ringing constantly while I was there. It's also a safety risk I'm sure as there is no one out front where the till is. I felt sorry for her and hope she can get some help very soon. Hire a receptionist or another therapist please! The treatment itself was good but rushed as she had to go to the front.
