What a shocking experience. My friend and I both booked an appointment together a few days prior to our appointment only to be asked when we arrived to go to different salons each. After retrieving a machine from another salon we could both have our nails done ‘together’ one after the other with one session taking 40 minutes for a basic shellac polish and the other taking 10 minutes. We both left with sloppy manicures, my nails were half glued to my skin when I left! The technician also stopped to take complaints from other customers during our manicures making the whole process take longer and more painfully awkward. Will not be coming back here
