The treatment room felt grubby. I had to put my stuff (bag, clothes, coat) on the floor as there was no chair or anything for them- which I wouldn’t mind, except the floor was dusty and covered in hair. The room was poorly maintained in general- stained white paint, nothing on the walls, and this place has been there for a really long time, no effort has been made whatsoever to make it feel like a “salon” experience. Saying that, the wax was great value for money, thorough & quick- everything I’d want from a Hollywood. Treatment was great, environment was adequate at best.
