Great efficient waxing service by Eva . Great beautician .Place was very clean and hygienic she upgraded me to have the hot wax which was pain free. Very professional and quick ! Soraya also did my cluster lashes they looked very natural and very friendly and polite .Good value for money .deffo recommend šš¼
Firstly the receptionist didnāt tell my beautician I had arrived so started over 15 minutes later than I booked. But THE WORST PART, she tore my skin. There was so much blood. She didnāt tell me she had done that, implied it was just a small cut because my skin is soft. I went home and looked the tear is over 2 cm long and the bleeding has been profuse and persistent and the cut is agonising. Minus stars if I could give. Accidents happen but to pretend it was ok and not explain what she had done is inexcusable.
Been going here for 2 years now. All asthetitians are amazing and well qualified! Stellar treatment Everytime!
Had a lovely beautician called Arin who I have seen twice now.
On both occasions I have had high quality waxes and great customer service. Arin was very professional and thoughtful as she remembered precise details of the conversation we had on my last visit.
Found this salon on TreatWell after I just moved to Ealing and will continue to use :)
