this is my first time for the whole works and was really scared but i would say to my friends to go for this as the lady makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, she is so friendly and made me feel relaxed. i will be returing and will reccomend to all my friends

Pros
- Was fairly quick, done in about 20 minutes
- Staff member was friendly and chatty
- No missed areas
- Salon appeared clean and tidy
Cons
- Had to wait over 35 minutes, as vendor said they had not got my reservation booked through this Treatwell site
- VERY painful Brazillian wax, more so than other times I have had them- not sure why, told the staff member but it remained more painful than any other wax I've had
- She didn't leave the room while I undressed my lower half, which seemed a bit awkward, and didn't really talk me through what was happening at each step
