When I arrived I was told to strip my previous colour myself while I waited for the manicurist to finish with someone else. Manicure tools were used so roughly that my thumb bled. Fingers were sore the next day and two days later, several of my fingers were pink and swollen, I actually thought I might get an infection. I was too uncomfortable at the time to challenge the techniques used, as this was only my second time having a manicure and the manicurist was bossy and intimidating - I did not feel I could ask for a gentler treatment. Will not return!
