Exceptional waxing experience... Minimal pain & the lady who did my waxing was a perfectionist and took pride in doing a great job.
Really pleased.
Don't be fooled by the exterior of this place. The waxing treatment is one of the best i've had! Highly recommend.
Ladies' Waxing
Really didn't like this salon - was grungy, run down, in the back room of a hair salon. Was directed to the treatment room by a hairdresser and when I went to the door the therapist was in there texting on her phone. She wasn't expecting me so didn't know which treatments I was having so was talking through a closed door to someone else about what I had booked. She didn't introduce herself or ask my name, and rather than leaving the room to allow me to undress, she stayed in there which was a bit uncomfortable, and handed me paper pants which I've never had to wear for a brazilian wax before. She wrapped my toes in the Shellac remover and left it to soak while she did my wax. The wax was good but there was almost no conversation the whole time which I find particularly uncomfortable when you're having an intimate treatment! When my wax was done she then scratched off my shellac with her nail!! I was just thinking the whole time that surely she should be using some kind of tool - wasn't professionally done at all and left my toenails in a mess. Definitely wouldn't return here.

Overall the service was good. The space is a tiny cube of a room at the back of an afro Caribbean hair shop. So don't expect a relaxing tranquil moment, however staff are hard working , space is clean and my nails look pretty!

The salon itself doesn't look very nice, to be honest when I walked it, I wanted to leave..it can be cleaner. They were running late, so I had to wait 15mins, but the beautician Valerie was nice, not chatty, but ok and the waxing was great. I am very sensitive and chosed this salon because they use Lycon chocolate wax and the whole treatment was almost painless. Definitely coming back. Thank you.
