Sana is a great therapist, I’ve been getting anti cellulite massage since May and my body looks amazing! I’m finally bikini body ready, just a couple of treatments more and then I’ll smash it! She’s professional, very good with massages and facials, super nice and polite. She has more than 20 years experience and you can definitely tell! I strongly recommend her, one of the best therapist I have ever had in London!

First of all I am feeling that I was ripped!l off! The pictures on the app and reality are two different things. Room is claustrophobic and dark. I am not even sure about cleanliness level (also if the gloves, towels and headbands are changed for every customer). My treatment was so basic that I was not able to have a dialogue with the beautician about the future treatments. Also, she kept calling me ‘darling’ throughout the procedure which in any field is not professional especially when it is my first time there and I dont know that person. Second, it felt that beautician as time went by she was more and more in the rush to finish the procedure. Fair enough but 5 Extra minutes would have completed the treatment: a) my left cheek was left untouched in away she did not remove any blackouts or whiteheads, b) she doesnt even check the chin area (which is usually problematic in my area) c) she ensured me that i dont need to remove my top( which i found weird because in the end it is facial and normally they touch neck area) d) she started massage aggressively with quite oily substance which left marks on my top.
It was a nightmare not a pleasant experience at all!
