Sana is very sweet and I appreciated her explanation of each step of the facial. she was very attentive and always made sure I was comfortable.

Sana was both welcoming and professional. She relaxed my nerves and chatted with me in a lovely manner. The only thing i would say is that not 100% of hair was removed in the treatment.
