A warm welcome from Mark today, along with being able to choose the scent of the oil and meditative music quickly created a calming atmosphere I could quickly relax into. Mark was extremely professional, polite and friendly throughout the session, checking pressure levels with me initially and identifying areas of tension. Worked on specific areas that required attention whilst providing a thorough back, neck and shoulders massage. Will be returning soon for a longer treatment. Highly recommend.
