Found the energy to be slightly hostile, accidentally booked short hair not long - told off when I go there. Hair dryer broke and they only had two in the shop so had to wait 15 minutes. Blow dry styling wasn’t good and again, was told off when I asked for a styled blow dry (normal in most salons). I will say the haircut itself was good.

Elina did such a fabulous job on my haircut with a wash and blow dry today! I cannot recommend highly enough! It was just what I needed🙌
An all round great experience, with excellent advice on styling and an immaculate job done on the dye and cut.
It was the perfect haircut for me. Elena paid close attention to what I wanted and was very thorough.
