Sat waiting for 20 minutes with no apology or explanation. The wash was fine but the water was tepid so I got a bit chilly. I have a really easy cut to do - 1 inch end trim, layers, and a side fringe with shaping around my face and I've never had a W, C & B take more than the allotted hour. The hairdresser was very slow and took too long - I had a hard stop and she had to rush the end but didn't finish so I left with some of the cut and finish incomplete. Disappointing and no one seemed to care.

Great cut, just as I wanted. The stylist took time to make it very even. My hair looks so much better now.
Overall the haircut was okay. The hairdresser asked many questions to make sure that I was fine with the length and the cut in the end. Although she could have been more gentle when brushing the hair and adjusting my head while washing and cutting.
