I visited Silk Secret for a full head of blonde highlights and haircut, Birute gave me great advice on my colour and recommended a lovely conditioning treatment. Highly recommend ☺️

I left with uneven hair which I had to go back and demand to be cut again. The entire time my hairdresser was telling me how tired she was as it was the end of the day and she couldn’t tell which side of my short bob was shorter or if it was even. I appreciate that when I came back upset the next day they fixed my haircut, however this shouldn’t have happened in the first place and I left with hair a lot shorter than I wanted.
