Hair wash was just 30 seconds. They just made my hair wet and foamy. They just used shampoo. No conditioner no nothing. I shampoo my hair more effectively at home. No nice massage to the scalp. Just rough motions to make the hair foamy. The haircut was the most awful I've had. The stylist cant understands my instruction. I showed a photo but she started to cut my fringe wet. Really short. And the layers were not equal on each side of my head. Even the length is uneven. The blow-dry is simply drying my hair. No volume. Flat as hell. I was not happy tried to tell them but they dont want do my request they said it okay how it looks like. Since it was blow dried it looks like that. I WANT A REFUND. Stylist do not speak english at all. Had to have a translator.
