My daughter and I had appt at the same time in two different rooms. The same therapist treated both of us at the same time! My daughter has never had a facial before and didn't get any info during the treatment. That made her anxious. I forgot my necklace at an appt the day before, in the massage room and mentioned it 3 times to different people there when I came for the facial, but never got it back. It wasn't real gold but I was dissapointed that no one made an effort.
