Husband booked a facial and back massage for our anniversary, but it was the worst experience ever. I’s called 30 mins before to say the facial machine was broken, then waited 20 minutes without being informed. The “basic” facial was uncomfortable, and blackhead removal tool hurt a lot, leaving marks on my face. Back massage was oil drenched & therapist ignored my instructions filled out, and the session was painful. The receptionist didn’t ask for feedback. A terrible, unprofessional service.

The therapist was brilliant! I went for a Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion facial; I have been having this facial elsewhere for several years- this was hands down the best. The facial massage was a little top up extra, which was absolutely worth it. Great ambience, lovely staff and altogether great vibe. Would argue it’s the best in Ilford.
