I went in for the first time today and got my haircut. Shpresa did an amazing job, she was very friendly and very professional. They gave me some recommendations about my hair; ways that I could take better care of it so it can be healthier in the future.

Very incompetent hairdresser, kept pulling on hair despite being told not to multiple times; did not know how to style front pieces and had to call in a different hairdresser to fix the awful styling.
