Despite being able to book the apt through online slot I was told that no one was available for blow dry as all hair dressers were busy. When questioned about why the slots were available when no one was able to attend to client the response was unprofessional and unclear.
Requested for manager to call me and till today no call has been made to client.
we are regular client and appalled by the way I was treated where our time and custom doesnt feel appreciated.
please can the manager call me.
