I am disappointed to say that I did not have a good experience with my facial threading/ waxing. Due to traffic and parking difficulties I did arrive late but that shouldn’t have been the excuse for the therapist’s haphazard approach. She did not take the care needed when waxing around my mouth and pulled some of the skin off from my lower lip causing me to bleed! She then proceeded to blame me and say it was dry skin! I have now been left with a big scab on my lip which is sore to eat with.

Went with my little boy the beauticians were very lovely they gave my little boy biscuits and chocolates are were talking to him. The beautician's are amazing at doing the job.

My waxing treatment was done very well. It was quick but very thorough with no spots missed. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Pinal was great and made sure to make it as pain free as possible for me.
