I think the customer service was good and the women doing my eyelashes was very friendly. I also like the fact she did them quite quickly. I think the salon also has quite a positive vibe and I get a good vibe from the salon unlike other salons I have been too.

It was busy and it took time to get started. When i finally got on the massage table, the lady who was to do my massage kept going in and out. She tried to make the steamer work but it didn’t so she took it out- again i was waiting until she found another one.
Aside the lack of organisation and disarray with staff knocking twice and just walking in...the lady who did my massage was apologetic, she did a nice job and did make an effort.
I will go back but maybe during a less busy time (12:00 on a monday seems to be a busy time)

Friendly, experienced staff. Disappointed that the eyebrow tinting only lasted 24 hours despite carefully avoiding products on it after but as it was £5 so no big loss.
