Carmen was considerate and reassuring all along, she made sure i was comfortable and happy with the procedure. Cant say much about the results as it can take weeks to see it however overall it was a great experience.

Such a relaxing, seamless yet thorough treatment (I received the derma planning facial) Carmen made some brilliant recommendations for my skin tailored to acne scaring and made me feel completely calm throughout the treatment - I knew I was in expert hands. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Such great value for money.
