Carmen was lovely- very relaxing and calming. She talked me through the treatment and gave me advice around my skin care regimen in terms of the condition my skin was in. Carmen was so lovely and so knowledgeable. She gave me all of the info I needed and made me feel very comfortable. She even went above and beyond by giving me advice about my skincare routine. Rather than trying to sell me more treatments, she was honest and told me how many I really needed to achieve optimum results. Because of this I will definitely be returning to her. I’ve only just had the treatment done but my face feels so smooth and soft already. Excited to see it start glowing!

Carmen was very welcoming and professional and she explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions too. She made me feel relaxed and explained each process as she was doing it, being attentive and asking me at every step if I was ok. She’s very knowledgeable and she recommended other treatments for my skin and how I should be looking after it. I’d say the ambience was nice and relaxing and the room was clean. I’d definitely be visiting her again, thanks Carmen
