Honestly the worst wax I have ever had! I hate to leave a bad review but this was awful. To start with I was left waiting for 10-15 mins. The wax was the most painful I’ve ever had, couldn’t walk normally on my way home. I paid for a hot wax Hollywood and yet the therapist went over the area with strip wax which left me with dry and flaky skin in the days after. I have had so many painful ingrown hairs, all where the strip wax was used. The hot wax wasn’t hot enough, and I had to keep asking the therapist to go over missed patches. I did get some advice about aftercare but the overall experience was terrible. Will honestly never go near again.
