Wendy made my experience exceptional! I haven't had a wax in a loooong time (much needed) and Wendy managed to make it not at all painful and very comfortable. She made it quick and fuss free. I have very sensitive skin and tough hair but she left my skin hardly red and not sore at all. She is a miracle worker, clearly.
The salon was incredibly clean, with hand sanitiser and Wendy was wearing a whole face covering and gloves. I will 100% be coming again and asking for Wendy.
