Lovely welcome, the treatment was relaxing in a clean quite environment. The therapist was a nice young lady who clearly knew her stuff, no drilling was used on my nails which was great but she did nick me when doing my manicure. She apologised and cleaned my finger. However it wouldn’t put me off returning for the fact they are old school so no danger in my nails looking rubbish when I take off the gel. .
