Over reliance on cuticle cutters (no water or any removal liquids used during the manicure), my cuticles are now a complete mess as a result. Overall polish and manicure looks amateurish - cuticle isn’t very tidy, small bubbles can be found on the surface and the ends and sides aren’t completely filled. They had to file and redo 3 nails because they were so bad - not something you would expect at a manicure, but to be fair - at least she re-did them.

I have been going to ambience for a number of years. The staff are very friendly and professional. I can have all my treatments in the same place with staff that I know and trust. I always leave my appointments full of confidence and invigorated. I would highly recommend Ambience to anyone looking for hair and beauty treatments
