Charlene was amazing with me, it was my first time waxing and she was really patient and calm. I will be booking again, as she was great :)

First time at this salon. The staff were friendly but it took about 30mins for the wax to warm up so I was in there for nearly an hour. The wax was painless and fairly thorough but when I got home I realised it was a bit lopsided.
