First time at this salon. The staff were friendly but it took about 30mins for the wax to warm up so I was in there for nearly an hour. The wax was painless and fairly thorough but when I got home I realised it was a bit lopsided.

Alexandra was friendly and welcoming. The salon was clean and pleasant. Most importantly the treatment was excellent! Very thorough and my skin felt amazing afterwards.Highly recommend the Caci facial!
