The best facial I've had in a long time. Very relaxing and my skin felt fantastic afterwards. Feryal did a great job and I like that she checked my skin first and then gave recommendations for her treatment. I also love that she threw in a glorious hand massage with the facial. I gave the ambience a four star because you can hear a little bit of music from the pub downstairs and I suppose that could bother some people but it didn't detract from my experience at all the facial was so good.
