Didnt leave the product on for long enough and the dye leaked into my eye! But the lady was lovely!

The staff upstairs at Beauty @ Chop might have been a bit friendlier by asking if I had an appointment or directing me downstairs when I arrived looking a bit bewildered. But they did point the way for me when I asked.
Erica was lovely and did a good job on the wax and I would recommend her again.
