Decent, not very chatty but I guess that's not a requirement of a good haircut! No issues on the haircut side.

Second time I’ve visited and sadly just as disappointed. Wasn’t asked what haircut I wanted nor given a consultation- I had to stop the hairdresser as she was about to cut my hair without asking what I wanted. Even then she took three times as much off my hair than I asked for, and looked irritated that I didn’t want the haircut she wanted me to have. Was very rough and painful, pulled me out of my seat how hard she was pulling. Cut itself was fine if it was what I had asked for. It’s a beautiful salon and person at reception was very nice but sadly was disappointed with cut itself and hairdresser I had. Overall just an awkward and physically painful experience.
