I was welcomed nicely by staff and given a good haircut by Hatun. The online booking was very convenient.

This was my second visit to Eleven. The first time Volkan cut my hair beautifully. Unfortunately I was not quite so happy this time, the main problem being Hatun found it difficult to understand exactly what I wanted due to the language barrier. The cut was good but not so keen on the style. I said I wanted just a wash and cut so that I could just wash and leave it but she gave me a blow dry as well.
