Felt like being pushed to pay extra for 2nd colour in my highlights and oplex Although I’ve ask about toner I’ve been told I don’t need one, even though I usually had it after so ended up with slightly yellow shades, not creamy-beige tones. Not a tragedy but would not recommend it for another blond girl like me. Plus the 4 hrs I’ve been there there was no other customers but 4 members of staf...
