The staff were really friendly. Really pleased with the Olaplex hair treatment as well as my cut and blow dry.
Really enjoyed my experience with Bee. Love the blowdry! I've given 4 stars because I noticed another customer was offered refreshments and I was asked at all and they don't accept card payment so remember to have cash!
I’m really sad to write this - I hate leaving negative feedback but I was really disappointed with my experience. I have been to this salon 3 times previously and had a good experience.
I had to pay more as my roots ‘had grown out too much’ this was poorly handled given the fact salons have been closed so long. Staff talked in a different language to each other and no one talked to me apart from to offer me a cup of tea. Highlights bled and colour was not good :(

So happy with my end result Clara is amazing at what she does!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else other than Eleven to do my balayage🖤 and as always the girls are so friendly and make you feel so welcome honestly the best salon you could go to xxx
