Staff were very nice and the cut and blend of colour was great. Unfortunately, he mixed my colour wrong/chose a colour slightly too light because I now have a ginger tinge that I guess I will have to fix myself.
I went for a long hair to bob restyle here with Volkan. He was so meticulous - no hair stylist has ever taken into account where my glasses sit on my face in relation to my hair! - and described what he was doing as we went along, offering styling suggestions, etc. All staff were very friendly and honest, giving me a discount I didn't know about, even when I was fully ready to pay full price. Cannot say enough good things about Eleven, they are very clean and good about sweeping up cut hair, and they make genuine attempts at conversation rather than half-heartedly asking you random questions. Really enjoyed the experience despite being someone who has hairdressers' anxiety and will defo be coming back again. Worth every penny!

Love coming to the salon, Rosa and Clara are so friendly and professional. Most importantly, they know how to deal with curly hair which is rare! Always make me feel special when I leave
