I decided to try this place as I read some good reviews and I could not get an appointment at my usual salon. Big mistake. My eyebrows are unbalanced, horribly shaped and so much skin was torn from my face that I now have two large scabs below both eyebrows. I am so disappointed and angry. She asked if I want thick or thin, I said thick, please not thin and it was not until I saw from the mirror after that I realised there was almost nothing left. Awful. And so much pain from the torn skin.
