My eyebrow appointment went really good. Emma always asks how you'd prefer them and what shape your looking for and does it perfect.

I really enjoyed my treatment and would have given 5 stars had I not had all the palaver after it which caused me stress. There was an issue about payment which really should have been made clear by yourselves & not telling me I had to pay more and be reimbursed by yourselves. Not very professional at all, especially after a relaxing treatment.
