Amazing! Staff couldn't have been more welcoming, and went above and beyond after I had an issue with some lashes shedding, I contacted the salon and they brought me in out of their usual hours so we would fix the issue before I flew. Would 100% recommend!!

I have been going to hair and beauty principles through out my time at university in Hull. It is a lovely place, the staff are so friendly and emma is the best waxer ever! Cannot recommend enough!
