I have been here once a long time ago and did not like my experience. I thought to give it another chance. What a big mistake. I came here for a nice glossing with blow dry and olaplex to keep my hair shiny and beautiful. I specifically mentioned I had red tones in my hair that I wanted to cover up so I needs blue Ash tones to help. What did I end up with ?? My roots were lighter and bleached oranges than when I walked in. I asked why and my stylist told me oh it’s normal it’ll settle down once you used blue shampoo. No I’m not an idiot. You used a peroxide at a higher volume than you should have so you bleached my root unexpectedly. The olaplex was left in my hair for 5min max which was too little of a time. I arrived 15min early but at 10am of my appointment time the stylist still wasn’t in. She was coughing all the time through. Thought I was maybe overreacting but all my friends told me my roots are orange now. Receptionist told me I had to get it fixed with the same stylist. Very awkward. I asked her about my roots and she dismissed me very quickly.

Staff were very friendly and the place was clean. Very happy with my manicure, highly recommend 😃
Natasha was so lovely and warm, and I loved my haircut! She managed me feeling anxious like a sweetheart!
