The whole experience was a disaster.
I went to color my 5 week re growth roots
The stylist asked me to have a sit and then completely disappeared with consulting at all for the color so I sent the assistant to check if she was going to use the black color she assured me for that but at the end I ended up having a brown root instead. She then apologised and told me that this was the darkest color they had in stock but the difference was obvious. I would like a refund
