The experience was perfect aside from my haircut. The colouring came out great and my stylist was lovely but my haircut was really not very good. Was left lob sided and quite noticeably longer on one side. When I called up about getting it fixed they didn’t offer a solution free of charge which was very disappointing.

Hands down book with Sarah! She was so kind and considerate and talked through every move before making it. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I've found my new London salon for sure!
