Ellie did a terrific job on my caramel balayage. My hair was previously coloured and in need of some serious refresh - she did a great job at ensuring the old colour does not mess up the balayage highlights. She was quick, professional and ensured I was feeling comfortable while waiting. Tip - showing a photo of what you want it to look like always helps!
