Little bit hard to find. Had a waxing and my nails done, 10 out of 10. Will be coming back for sure.

Really good central location meant I could pop in during my lunch break. The pick n mix deal is amazing value for money and my therapist made me feel completely comfortable during the bikini wax.

I previously went to this salon in December and had a fantastic experience and that is why I chose them to go back to and actually sought them out and booked up with them through Wahanda.
Admittedly I was very late for my appointment but offered to re-arrange this but they managed to move things around to accommodate me. I had the So Beautiful package (eyebrow wax & tint, manicure & pedicure) My eyebrows were very different after spending a lot of time re-shaping them, it took another 10-15 to try and get them to look similar and was then told by the beautician "oh they look more the same now" - isn’t that a basic requirement?,
I moved on to the pedicure and them remembered why I shouldn't have returned. They have lovely marble sinks on the floor but as the beautician sits to the side of you - you have to "uncomfortably" maneuver your legs over and sit in a awkward position for the whole time - as you are on a fancy sofa which isn't designed for pedicures. I then moved onto my manicure and during this the beautician knocked the paint on one of my nails and rather than carefully repaint - she just slapped a quick coat of paint and not even checking if she had resolved the smudged paint!, then left me for 20 minutes when she popped off somewhere. Whilst waiting for her return I noticed that all my nails had "what appeared to be " dust or lumps in and were all ruined. I told her on her return to take the whole lot off as I would get them re-done locally then next day as it was already 8.00pm by this point!
I go on holiday Thursday and was really looking forward to being spoilt and getting pampered in preparation for this and ended up with smudged toe nails, un-matching eyebrows and NO paint on my hands. I would have rather gone back another time than been rushed and have an awful experience!!! It is now going to cost me more money to put right.
This is only my honest opinion and I am not saying don’t go but if you do make sure you get a better service than me. as I certainly won't be returning.

Staff were friendly and chatty, choice of colours were good for gel nails. Got the basic pedi, cuticle push back and shape but didnt expect more for for the price. would recommend!

Holly was a fabulous beautician and chatty. My nails look great. My only comment is that there is no big sign for the salon as it is actually part of Muse of London, which is the name you see.
